Before being citizens, users and drivers we are all walking creatures (often needing wheels).1 This does not seem to match with the priorities of municipalities, especially in Rome. In a few meters walk around the Istituto Svizzero, in the heart of one of the posher neighborhoods of the city, we experienced and documented an impressive variety of sidewalks “crepe”.
