a Semi-Serious Catalog

Before being citizens, users and drivers we are all walking creatures (often needing wheels).1 This does not seem to match with the priorities of municipalities, especially in Rome. In a few meters walk around the Istituto Svizzero, in the heart of one of the posher neighborhoods of the city, we experienced and documented an impressive variety of sidewalks “crepe”.

  1. This catalog emerged from our recent need of carrying an infant on wheels and on the tectonic difficulties we encountered.
